Ronald Rudowsky

Ron Rudowsky has over 33 years of successful medical device experience in both large and small companies, where he developed the skills necessary to build a sales and marketing infrastructure. Before joining Tri-Medics®, Ron was an executive consultant at Baxano, reporting to the President & CEO. His responsibilities included sales operations, upstream marketing and procedure development.
Prior to Baxano, Ron was Vice President at SurgRx, Inc. where he was recruited to provide upstream marketing, procedure development, and to manage distribution in Europe & Japan. The company was successfully acquired by Johnson & Johnson in 2008.
Ron has over 16 years experience in three other medical device start up companies that included Novacept, that was sold to Cytyc in March, 2004.
Ron began his career at Johnson & Johnson (Ethicon, Inc.), where he held positions in sales, sales management, and marketing. At Ethicon, he began his career in sales and sales Management. He relocated to Somerville, N.J., where he became a Group Product Director and managed 6 Product Directors that were responsible for over $200 million in sales. He then was part of the key management team that moved to Cincinnati to start Ethicon Endo-Surgery. Ron and his group contributed to the development of Ethicon Endo-Surgery’s successful endoscopic business.
Ron graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and also attended both the Kellogg Business School and UCLA’s Advanced Management Programs.
