Rick Gennett has spent 35 years in the healthcare industry and is currently the Chairman, Trauma Division of Synthes, a $3.2 billion dollar company with over 11,000 employees. Rick served as the Trauma Division President for 15 years. During those years, the Trauma Division grew from $185 million to $1.3 billion and reached the number one market share position. This was accomplished through aggressive product development and sales strategies.

Rick also served as Vice-President of Sales, National Sales Manager and regional Sales Manager during his first 10 years at Synthes.

Prior to joining Synthes, Rick worked at the Ethicon Division of Johnson and Johnson for ten years in various positions including: Regional Sales Manager, Product Manager, Marketing Research Manager and Sales Representative.

Rick graduated from both Wilkes College with a BS in Psychology and Harvard Business School with a 3 month MBA Certificate.
