Area of Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to:
- Provide technical leadership to plan and implement product development activities leading to the production and launch of new products and product line extensions.
- Work with surgical leaders in the medical fields of interest to establish user and engineering requirements and the studies necessary to verify that those requirements are met.
- Manage the technical activities associated with Design Control.
- Establish formal technical plans for achieving product development objectives including goals, resources, tasks, timelines, and risk assessment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 to 7 years industry experience, preferably at least 2 years in Medical Devices
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills working in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project with a knowledge to work in CAD design software
